As an Independent Franchise of O2, operating stores across the North West of England, we have a commitment to deliver exemplary customer service and to support this every year. Our Gurus strive to teach and engage through technology via hosting a wide variety of community events. Anything from local coffee shop drop in sessions to fun filled festivals, we go with energy, enthusiasm and with one goal, to help you get the best out of your technology! Look out for local events near you!

Rochdale Feelgood Festival

Rochdale Feelgood festival is host to a variety of musical acts as well as various different stalls including amazing food and drink throughout the day. We have held a stall spot at this festival for the last 3 years, showing the public all the amazing things our Guru team can offer. Every year we get the best of the best to show the public all new pieces of tech, we host fun games and competitions as well as showing off the amazing perks of being an O2 customer!

Flag up autism & Mid-comms

As part of Mid Communications commitment, we take the time to get some training all about autism and how we can make our store experiences better for our customers. We work with Daisy Inclusive, a charity dedicated to helping those with autism and our Guru’s hold tech sessions with the charity to introduce technology to the children and how they can get the best out of the tech they use everyday!

Cash 4 kids/ Mission Christmas

MID Communications has proudly supported Mission Christmas throughout all of our stores for the last 6 years by holding Christmas present collection boxes in each store, as well as hosting various events to raise money and gifts for this amazing cause. Every year we have a team of people from our company who volunteer their time at the warehouse helping to sort and pack all the presents gathered for the children!

  • selling our very own ‘Believe Bells’ to help raise as much money as possible
  • All of our (Mid-Comms) stores are registered Mission Christmas drop off points.
  • Interacting with the Cash for Kids accounts across our social media platforms throughout the Christmas period spreading awareness.
  • We will ensure that all the wonderful toys, gifts and money raise goes straight to Mission Christmas.
