As Business Development Manager, Martyn’s role includes building key relationships with new businesses across the Northwest with an ambition to create long term customers for MID Communications. An integral part of Martyn’s role is to ensure the retention of our current customer base. We currently manage 400+ Business Customer Accounts with a 92% retention rate. Martyn achieves this by demonstrating our company’s Core Values and ensure our teams do the same.
